Mothers Day - Primary Section

No other being on this beautiful planet can love us as unconditionally as our mothers do. She is the living angel in our life who easily handles everything providing a shield from every harm.
The Celebration:-
To show love, gratitude and honour for the living angels, students participated in various activities like handmade card making, flameless cooking with their mothers and poem recitation. Students along with their mothers enjoyed the day and were overjoyed by clicking pictures and making videos with them.

Labour’s Day - Primary section

To let the students acknowledge the importance and dignity of labours, our school’s primary section celebrated Labour’s Day on 1st May 2021 with great enthusiasm. They participated in various activities like poem recitation, dressing themselves in outfit of various people who help us like plumber, gardener, farmer etc. and said few lines on their importance in our daily lives during live online classes.
Students were enabled to understand the importance and necessity of the day and were encouraged to respect and understand their continuous and selfless labour in our lives.

Republic Day Activities by the students

Since students were not supposed to gather in school on Republic Day, they displayed their spirit of nationality within the activities allotted to them class wise. They prepared articles depicting tricolour as the main theme.
Class I students drew tricolour; Class II drew national symbols and wrote few lines on them. Fancy dress was organized for students of classes III – V, where they dressed up like any national leader or in tricolour. They were also given an option to prepare any tricolour themed food or make tricolour rangoli or tricoloured paper badges or flowers. Few made National Flag using various materials and few prepared National symbols and spoke few lines on them. They were also given an option to make National Bird using some craft materials and share video and pictures. The active participation of the students of all the classes displayed their love for the country, Our Motherland, India.

DIWALI ACTIVITY

On the occasion of Diwali, children of class I to V were asked to make following decorative items like wall hangings, diya, Thali decoration, Bandhanwar, lantern, rangoli etc which they did with great interest. The photographs of their creations is a proof of their imagination and creativity which they enthusiastically shared with the teachers on WhatsApp. Children decorated their homes with their creations viz, Rangoli, wall hangings, diyas etc on Diwali festival.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Apart from regular online classes, children took part in various extra-curricular activities with great enthusiasm. It was fun time for children taking part in subject wise project work which was given to them on 6th November. The project works were diligently prepared and submitted by children in digital form (pictures of their subject wise projects viz, Math, English, Hindi, S.St etc and videos). Children tried their best to make their projects as good as possible.

Dusshera and Subject related Activities(Online Activity)

Class I –Garba: Dandiya dance activity, Poster making, Fancy dress activity with Cleanliness theme.

Class II – Shapes Collage in Maths, Poster making(Online and Offline)

Class III – Card Making or Paper Ravana making.

Class IV – Introduction of Dusshera with short Speeches and Poems on Quality time spent during Lockdown with family, Advertising of anti corona products with drawing and tagline of the product.

Class V –Poster making on topics:

                    Save Earth from Corona

                    Fight against Covid 19

                    Protect Earth against Global Warming

                    Have a Pollution free Diwali.

Hindi Activity – Varg Paheli was conducted in all classes (I to V)

Class I  -English and Hindi Slogan Writing

Class II - Dance performances, Recital of Gandhian quotes with creativity.

Class III -  Prayer, Speech, Card making

Class IV - Introduction of Gandhi Jayanti, followed by Speeches on Gandhian principles.

Class V - Prayer Service.

Independence Day

With the covid 19 looming large, the students of Classes l to V went the digital way letting their patriotic spirits soar high never before. Taking the new-media route they set an example that no obstacle can stop them from paying tributes to the nation. Students conveyed the message of patriotism and national spirit through poster making, poem recitation, slogan,dance and rendering of songs.

Gandagi Mukt Bharat

The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation organised a week long campaign for swachhta from 8th August to 15th August 2020.

Through online medium students of Classes l to V showcased their creativity, artistic skills and expressed their desire in the form of poster making and slogans for a garbage free clean India.
