Class II – Shapes Collage in Maths, Poster making(Online and Offline)

Class III – Card Making or Paper Ravana making.

Class IV – Introduction of Dusshera with short Speeches and Poems on Quality time spent during Lockdown with family, Advertising of anti corona products with drawing and tagline of the product.

Class V –Poster making on topics:

                    Save Earth from Corona

                    Fight against Covid 19

                    Protect Earth against Global Warming

                    Have a Pollution free Diwali.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

On 2nd October students of all classes recited poems and delivered speeches on Gandhiji's life online. A talk about 'Bapu' was shared by Sophian teachers with the students. Class Xth students watched a documentary film on Gandhiji. Thus Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal virtually.

The feast of exaltation of holy cross

The feast of exaltation of holy cross, observed  on 14 September, celebrates the discovery of True Cross by St. Helena. Unlike every year, this year 2020, due to pandemic, it was celebrated on a different note. Teachers and students had organised online cultural program to express their gratitude and appreciation for our dear Sisters. Teachers offered their earnest prayers to God for Sisters through solemn prayer service. The video presentation encapsulated the cherishing moments of Sisters. The choral recitation was presented by students. A scintillating dances performances by little ones and melodious singing by teachers made the celebration just perfect. The program ended by beautiful messages by teachers.

International Literacy Day

International Literacy Day is an international observance, celebrated each year on 8 September. We use to celebrate this day contented and cheery each year in our school but this time celebrating virtually, keenness and warmth was there online  all were enthusiastic. We started this commemoration with Lord’s prayer. Teachers told few recital about their childhood.

Teachers day Celebration

Teachers day is celebrated every year throughout the country to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. This year 2020, due to pandemic it was decided to celebrate Teacher's day through virtual platform. The program started with live  prayers and messages by our Rev. Sister principal Sr. Leena and Sisters. Students had prepared a beautiful cultural program for Sisters and Teachers. The theme of the program was HOPE - A  RAY OF LIGHT. The program included Prayer Service followed by prayer dance, songs, enactment, poems by students to express their love and affection towards teachers. The efforts taken by our dear  students were worth appreciating.

Independence Day

With the covid 19 looming large, the students of Classes l to V went the digital way letting their patriotic spirits soar high never before. Taking the new-media route they set an example that no obstacle can stop them from paying tributes to the nation. Students conveyed the message of patriotism and national spirit through poster making, poem recitation, slogan,dance and rendering of songs.

Independence Day

Due to Covid-19 we had very small gathering and a brief celebration in which the program commenced with the hoisting of the flag by the Principal Rev. Sr. Leena and was followed by meaningful prayer service in which we prayed especially to God Almighty to heal the world from he pandemic Covid-19. The program with a patriotic song and a speech by Rev. Sr. Elsie.

Gandagi Mukt Bharat

The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation organised a week long campaign for swachhta from 8th August to 15th August 2020.

Through online medium students of Classes l to V showcased their creativity, artistic skills and expressed their desire in the form of poster making and slogans for a garbage free clean India.

Classes l to V took pleasure in preparing Rakhi at Home for the students to share the happiness and love for their siblings.
